Ferocious four-piece The Federals are playing ‘Evol’ at Korova tonight. They play unadulterated, fuzzy, smash-you-in-the-gob garage-punk, taking influence from The Stooges, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Jack White. Mooch along to Korova for a gander at this hotly tipped band that toured with Joe Lean and The Jing Jang Jong and had a record of the week accolade from Steve Lamaq. Supporting The Federals tonight will be local bands The Temps, The Mission Babies and Jajuka. If you’ve got any sense and fancy getting down to some good old garage-rock sounds, get to Evol at Korova. Did I mention all this for just £2 squid?
